  1. Open Outlook and select File > Add Account.

Select File, then Add Account.

  1. Type the new email address in the text box
  2. Click Advanced options
  3. Check Let me set up my account manually, click Connect
  4. Select Exchange
  5. A popup will appear requesting the password. 
  6. Verify that the "Connecting to" address is the NEW ADDRESS you are trying to add. 
    If it is, enter the password. Go to step 7.
    If not, click More choices > Use a different account > type the new information in the boxes
  7. Check Remember my credentials, click OK
Your account should now set up.
