Set up Exchange ActiveSync on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

When you add your Exchange ActiveSync account, you can sync your Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and Notes wirelessly with your iOS device.

Add your Exchange account

Tap Settings > Accounts and Passwords > Add Account > Exchange.

Enter your address

Enter your email address. 

Enter a description so you can find the account in your mailbox.

Tap Next.

Select Sign In

Enter your password.

Tap Next.

Connect to the Exchange Server

For the Server and Domain contact your Account Administrator.

Enter your full email address in the Username field.

Tap Next.

Sync your content

You can sync Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and Notes. When you're finished, tap Save.

Your Exchange account will now be accessible via your Mail icon. In your mailbox tap Mailboxes at the top left. You will see your Exchange inbox named with the description you selected. Tap All Inboxes to see all your mail in one view if you have more than one account synched to your device or select the account you want to view.
